Some very important travel tips

Hi everyone!  I'm back and I'm Heather DeMarco at the business desk.
Today I'd like to give you a head start by providing you with some very important travel tips.  I know that summer is just around the corner and that many of you will be travelling either by air, by ship, or over land.  So, I hope that these are of use to you.
First, if you're planning to book a flight online:  Be ware that your flight fare does not include cancellation insurance.  If you're looking for cancellation insurance, and you should always take out flight insurance, you need to talk to a travel agent.  If you book your flight directly through the airline, then you still need to take out travel insurance.
If you're planning to visit another country for more than a month:  Then don't leave home without visitor's insurance and the appropriate medical coverage.
If you're a senior or a special needs person and you're worried about being able to find your luggage when you go to pick it up at the end of your flight:  Then when you check in be sure to ask the airline agent to place priority tags on your suitcases and bags.  This way at the end of the flight your luggage will be taken off first and be put on the floor close to the carousel.
If you're thinking of visiting the Caribbean for a summer holiday:  Be ware that the hurricane season usually starts in June and lasts till November.  The summer months are usually the best when it comes to cheap rates for hotels and air fares.
Wondering about the weight allowance for travelling to Britain or Europe?  It's 70 pounds per suitcase or bag.  To the Caribbean it's 50 pounds.
What can you take on board the plane?  Still no liquids, gels, toothpaste, and no liquid makeup.  You can only take bottled water if you've bought it after clearing security at the airport.
How many suitcases can you take?  Two suitcases for an economy traveler and three for a business class traveler.
I hope that these tips are a good start for you.
